Position Overview
Pay: $25–$40/hr + Mileage + Bonuses (Earn $100K+ annually)
Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (Saturdays as needed)
What You’ll Do
Install high-performance concrete coating systems in homes and businesses
Follow our proven 5-step install process to ensure quality and speed
Work closely with your crew leader and project manager
Keep job sites organized, clean, and professional
Represent the OX Floors brand with pride and accountability
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred)
Physically capable of hands-on, fast-paced work
Attention to detail — you care about doing it right
Experience in coatings or construction is a plus — not a requirement. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
